East/West Regional Tournament

National Hoops 3 on 3 Tournament  Regional Information   Date: November 21, 2009

Place: Westgate Baptist Church, 1990 Old Reidville Rd. Spartanburg, SC 29301 (EAST)

Salt lake City, UT (WEST)

Registration Fee: none

Schedule: Registration begins at 9:00 am for the East and 1pm for the West

                               

 Lodging/Food/Travel: Westgate will provide lodging in classrooms for as many as need it for Friday and Saturday night. You will need to bring your own air mattress or sleeping bag or bedding. You will be responsible for all travel arrangements and will need to provide your own meals other than the lunch on Saturday. There are hotels and restaurants nearby.

 

Fans/Guests: We welcome as many as want to travel with the team. Please feel free to use the provided lodging for guests as well.

 Regional Brackets: Once the teams have arrived, the computer will randomly select teams for your team to play against in the round robin tournament. Once the computer records the win/loss record as well as points scored for your team and the opponents score, it will give your team a ranking to seed you for the double elimination tournament. The best ranked team will play the worst ranked team, etc. Normally, not all teams that qualify are able to participate in the regional tournament. All qualifying teams can be seen at www.nationalhoops.com.     

Rewards: The winners of the JV and the Varsity division will compete against the West/East winners on Center Court of the All-Star Game and receive tickets to the All-Star Game and other Events in Dallas, TX*

 Requirements: Due by Oct 30, 2009 (or the 2nd place team will be contacted.)

2.        Reserve your spot for lodging with number of players, fans and guests at the same number or e-mail.
