You may register a team each night beginning at 6:00pm

You can fill one out at the Registration table at the church.
You can fill one out when you REGISTER ONLINE.
2. Waiver Form (one per player)
You can use make copies of the one found in the flier.

3. Proof of Age
Bring a drivers license, copy of your birth certificate, or ID that shows your birthdate.
4. Registration Fee--FREE!!
You can complete your Registration 2 ways:
Bring your fee and proof of age and you are all set.
2. Register the day of the tournament (open registration until 11 am)
